Ridiculous COVID restrictions. My 13 y/o son has been going for a year and suddenly he’s denied a haircut because his sister took him (as she ALWAYS has). A parent is now required to sign a minor in because of COVID but there’s nothing on the website stating such.

Second horrible experience at this location. Extremely unprofessional. Rude on check-in, staff making racial slurs, and stylist was aggressive cutting my child's hair, to the point that he cried and, left red scratches on his neck. And, this was the MANAGER.
